A detailed scope of work will be provided in each project proposal or quotation.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before the project begins.

• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion or before the final delivery, whichever is earlier.

• International clients are required to pay via secure channels (PayPal, Wise, bank transfer).

• Any delays in payment may result in a project hold or late fee.

4. Revisions and Modifications

• Minor revisions are included in the original quotation (typically up to 2 rounds).

• Additional revisions will be charged separately based on time and complexity.

• Scope changes post-project initiation may result in cost and timeline adjustments.

5. Project Timelines

• Timelines are estimations and may vary depending on feedback, revisions, and complexity.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, feedback, or approvals) are not the responsibility of Creative Kraft.

6. Content and Materials

• The client is responsible for providing accurate and legally safe content, including text, images, and other materials.

• If stock photos or copywriting are required, they may be charged additionally.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables.

• Creative Kraft retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or marketing materials.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund (minus processing charges) is provided.

• If a project is cancelled after work has started, no refund is issued for completed milestones.

• Creative Kraft reserves the right to cancel any project due to misuse, breach of agreement, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Confidentiality

Creative Kraft agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared by the client during the course of the project, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Creative Kraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or website performance.

• All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

11. Third-party Services

Creative Kraft may integrate or suggest third-party tools, plugins, or platforms. We are not liable for their performance or any issues caused by third-party software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
